How pricing works

  • Final pricing depends on your business. Transaction volume, complexity, and scope all affect the monthly price. A business with more accounts or transactions will be quoted accordingly.
  • Some work is priced separately. Cleanup, catch-up, payroll support, and initial setup may carry separate fees.
  • Software is separate. QuickBooks Online and other software subscriptions are not included, unless your written proposal states otherwise.
  • Service begins after agreement. Work starts once we’ve agreed on the scope and terms.

Pricing questions

What counts as a transaction?

Generally, each line on your bank or credit-card statements—a deposit, a purchase, a payment, a transfer—counts as one transaction. We’ll look at a typical month together when estimating your price.

What if I have more than 100 transactions or more accounts?

That’s fine. Your quote will reflect your actual volume and number of accounts. Get in touch, and I’ll give you a price based on your business.
